SkyBar Gourmet Pizzeria
The calzone is made the same way every time. You'll find pepperoni, italian sausage, bacon, salami, onions, olives and mozzarella cheese inside the calzone, with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. It has a perfectly cooked crust and a balance of meats, veggies and cheese.

The Smoky BBQ Chicken Pizza
This pizza was voted the best pizza in Eureka Springs four years ago, and for good reason. It is an explosion of barbecue but finishes with the traditional pizza taste, featuring charbroiled chicken, smoky bacon, sharp cheddar and smoked gouda on top of barbecue sauce and SkyBar's homemade crust.
Pizza, wings and more
The Crescent Hotel’s SkyBar restaurant has a little something for everyone — pizza, beer and one of the best views in Eureka Springs.
Tommy Shafer, the hotel’s executive chef, said the hotel used to be known for its Crystal Dining Room but SkyBar is growing in popularity. SkyBar found its groove after a few menu changes, Shafer said.
“I remember doing sliders several years ago, but that just wasn’t feasible,” Shafer said. “So we went to the pizza. Now this is a full-service restaurant, and people come up four flights of stairs just to get our food.”
The restaurant receives good reviews, Shafer said, except for complaints that there’s just too much food. Shafer said he’d admit to that, saying he’s proud to create pizzas with lots of toppings, handmade dough and red sauce made from scratch.
“The crust is kind of in between hand-tossed and thin, because we get a nice crisp on it,” Shafer said. “The pizza sauce is made in-house. We use the best ingredients possible — the fresher the better.”
The buffalo wings are paired perfectly with bleu cheese dipping sauce, and the heat on the wings is perfect. It's not too hot, but you certainly feel the burn when you're done with one or two or five wings.
